Internet users are people who have used the Internet during the past twelve months from any device, including cell phones. Penetration rate is the ratio of the number of Internet users within a country to the population of that country. Project Loon is a research and development project established by Google with a special mission to provide Internet connectivity to rural and remote areas. The project uses high-altitude balloons placed in the stratosphere at an altitude of about 32 km (20 miles) to create an aerial wireless network that is roughly similar to the 3G network in speed. The name of the project (Loon in English means naive or crazy) came from the fact that Google itself considered that the idea of providing and connecting the Internet to 5 billion people is an unprecedented and "crazy" idea.
The location of the airships is determined by adjusting the altitude to float at a specific altitude after determining the wind layer with the desired speed and direction using wind data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Calling service users can connect to the network using their own internet antenna that contains their building. The signal travels through the network from balloon to hot air balloon, then to the ground station, then to the Internet Service Provider (ISP), and then to the World Wide Web.

Egypt is famous for having one of the oldest civilizations on earth, as humans began to migrate to the banks of the Nile and settle down and began cultivating the land and raising livestock about 10,000 years ago. The Badari civilization about 7000 years ago and the Naqada civilization (4400 BC - about 3000 BC) attest to this.
The natural development of it was to merge with each other north and south and unify the two sides of the tribal and sea, and the central government represented in the beginning of the Dynastic era (about 3000 BC). And it exchanged trade with its neighbors, as Egypt is one of the first trading countries. The name of Egypt in the Arabic language and other Semitic languages is relative to Mizraim bin Ham bin Noah, and the Syrian Aramaic texts said about it “Masrin,” and some interpret it as being derived from an ancient Semitic root that may mean the country or the simple (extended), and it may also mean the fortification or the hidden. The Arabs know it as "Egypt", and the Egyptians call it "Egypt" in their dialect. As for the name by which the pharaohs were known to their homeland in the language it is Kemet or Kimi "ⲭⲏⲙⲓ" which means "the black land."
